Biographies

Karen has over 25 years experience in the Hospitality Catering industry, including a number of management and training roles. In her capacity as Training and Hospitality manager at a large comprehensive school she was responsible for introducing NVQ's into the curriculum. Karen is the awarding bodies centre contact for FHS and is also our Senior NVQ consultant.

Trevor spent 20 years as a secondary school teacher, including a period of time as a member of the Senior Management Team at a large comprehensive school. Since leaving teaching in 1999 he has been involved with the leisure and hospitality industry and has extensive First Aid training experience, including delivering courses to the MOD, McDonald's and The NCMA. Trevor is a principle tutor in the field of First Aid and Licensing.

Having spent over 30 years in the Catering and Hospitality Industry Nick can offer a wide range of training and advice. Included in this list is Licensing training, Food Hygiene and Safety training, First Aid training, NVQ and VRQ assessments and Fire Risk Assessments.
He is also the Finance Manager for FHS.
