These courses are run as three day units suitable for anyone who is in management or supervisory role in medium or large manufacturing or catering premises.

The Following topics will be covered;

Supervisory management
Temperature control (chilling cooking)
Cleaning
Contamination Control
Applying and monitoring good hygiene practices
Implementing good food safety procedures
Contributing to the safety training of others.

Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures

This is a 6 hour course followed by an exam, aimed at those in a supervisory level who need to display a greater understanding of HACCP procedures.
